HOW TO POST
(NEW to our Site = Contact us for First
Time Option Posting Plan.
Options:
There are two methods for posting.
You can list for candidates to send their
resumes directly to you.
Just list under Contact, your name and E-mail address. You will be entitled to have
the person contact you direct, interview, discuss whatever, and hire
without any additional commitment to UtilityJobsUSA or its
associates. All responses will be
direct. The
disadvantage to this type of listing is that you will get lots of
responses not specific to your job openings.
The second method is to have all
responses come through UtilityJobsUSA. You are using us as a
filtering method. This
way you will receive only candidates that are more specific to your
requirements. There is
no additional charge for filtering.
Both methods charge the same posting
fee; $100 per listing for 60 days.
Don’t have time to Post? If you should have
difficulties posting or don’t have the time to post, E -mail us the
information or where to locate it and we will post it for you.
There is a third method of
support.
(Temporary) It’s
called “Try before you buy”.
If you find someone but you just not sure, hire the
candidate as a temporary employee through our Temp. Services for any
length of time for a small hourly markup fee and you will be
credited with the $100 posting fee.
Or
Permanent (Headhunter). If you have a special
request, for a permanent person and would like us to extend our
search, possible on a quiet
“ need to know ” only, we will assign a special person
to recruit for you..
There is only an agreed
fee if you hire the person submitted. Click here for

Payment will be billed to you or your
